This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. Fiona Forman of Weaving Well-being has put some lovely, colourful resources together to help your child to focus on their mental health and well-being. They are a great resource to use at any time, not just this week.
This is a fun 30 day challenge that provides a range of feel good activities for children to try. Parents or guardians can download the pdf and children can choose an activity to do each day and cross it off as they do it.
