Learn to code, create and problem-solve. These fun, hands-on classes introduce girls from 2nd–6th Class to coding using Scratch, a child-friendly programming platform. The girls learn real coding concepts while creating their own interactive stories, animations, and games.

In a world of AI, learning to code matters more, not less. Coding combines creativity with problem-solving: children learn to turn their own ideas into something
they can build, break big problems into smaller steps, test what works and work out what went wrong, valuable skills for school, everyday life and their future.

No previous coding experience is needed, and new and returning students are welcome. Computers are provided for use in class.

Wednesdays: 2.25pm–3.15pm
Tuesdays: 2.25pm–3.15pm (subject to sufficient numbers)
Term 1: September – mid-January
Term 2: mid-January – mid-June

The girls are met in the yard after school and can either leave independently or be collected at the front door at 3.15pm, depending on your preference.
