This week, we would have had Sports Day on Friday. We have planned lots of activities for you to try at home! You could do any of these activities:

  • Select a dance or exercise from https://app.gonoodle.com/ or make up your own.
  • Go for a walk or jog.
  • Go for scoot or cycle.
  • PE with Joe on YouTube (20-30 min exercise class, streamed live at 9:00 am – ideal for all the family)
  • Yoga
  • Skipping
