SPORTS DAY FUN!! (these are also on Seesaw)

  1. Main thing is to get active and have fun. Remember to ask an adult first before doing any of the activities/exercises I’ve posted. Safety first! 😊
  2. All the activities I’ve posted are optional. There is no pressure. Pick and choose what you’d like to try. If you have your own exercises/ dances /sports etc. to do, then that’s super!! 🏃‍♀️🤸‍♂️⚽
  3. Another option is to research a sports hero of your choice and create a fact file on them.
  4. You can also create a motivational song play list to boogie to while doing your exercises. 🎶
  5. Another fun idea could be to create your own dance or gymnastics routine and perform it for someone. 🤸‍♂️🕺
  6. If possible, I would love to see a photo or a video (with parental permission) of you doing an activity. 😊
