Belgrove SGNS Gaelic Football
This year we have entered two teams into the Cumann na mBunscol (CNMB) Gaelic Football competition in order to give more girls the opportunity to represent their school playing Gaelic Football. Our Cup team is competing in the Corn Austin Finn competition, and the League team in the CNMB League.
Both teams have enjoyed considerable success to date. The Corn Austin Finn team, having won all three matches in their group, are through to a Quarter Final of the Cup.
The League team have also won all their matches to date and are currently top of the League.
Thank you to Aidan O’Callaghan (Clontarf GAA) and Ger Dinan (Gaelic Promotions Officer) for giving their time to train the teams. The girls have shown great dedication and determination both in training and on the field of play. For details on upcoming fixtures checkout www.cnmb.ie
