This week in Science we were designing and making bridges! The bridges we made had to have the following features:
(1) It had to carry a span of 50cm. This means the bridge had to stretch across a gap of 50cm in one go.
(2) It had to be strong enough to carry a load of 1kg.
(3) It could only be made using newspapers and magazines.
We found it difficult in the beginning but we made some amazing bridges in the end! Take a look at some of our bridges below!
