Hi Girls 😊,

I hope that you had a great weekend! 🌟

Below I have attached the work for this week. I have also posted all of the work for this week on Seesaw in one document. This week is slightly different than previous weeks. Tuesday is Art day. The other two sixth class teachers and I have recommended three Art activities. Wednesday is virtual school tour day. I have attached below different suggestions of virtual school tours. I personally think that The Natural History Museum virtual tour looks really interesting but have a look yourself at the different suggestions and then decide 😁. Please note that if you decide to do The Natural History Museum virtual tour you must click the back button to return to the original document after virtually visiting the different floors of the museum or opening a video. I would recommend that you open the document twice!(Two tabs).

On Friday we have our WebEx graduation rehearsal at 11 am. Please make sure you know the two songs- ‘You’ve Got a Friend In Me’ and ‘What a Wonderful World’. We will also be saying the Ár n-Athair together. I will send on the meeting details later on this week.

I have started to sort through the Art work from this year. Unfortunately a lot of the Art pieces have no names on them 😢 . I have put up some of the Art pieces on Seesaw. Please let me know if any of it belongs to you 😁.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work this week.

Take care and stay active,

Ms. Deegan 👱‍♀️.

Answers and Sports for All Day.

Hi Girls,

We hope that you had a nice short week. Well done for all the work you have been doing. Give yourself a pat on the back!😎

Below we have attached the answers for this week. Please use a red pen to correct your work.

As you know tomorrow is ‘Sports for All Day’🚲🛴🥍🏒🎾🎳⚽💃🏃‍♀️ . We have attached a document with some activities which you can try on your own or with a family member.

If you get a chance it would be great if you could send your teacher a picture of yourself doing a sports activity via email or Seesaw. Make sure you have permission from an adult at home first before you send it.

We hope that you have a fun and active day tomorrow.

Talk soon,

The Sixth Class Teachers 😎.

Hi Girls 😃,

I hope that you had a lovely weekend and that you enjoyed the amazing weather 🌞. I could not get over how nice the weather was this weekend! It was just like being on the French Riviera 😎.

Below I have attached the work for this week along with an optional S.E.S.E activity. I have also attached the lyrics to the song ‘What a Wonderful World’. If you get a chance please listen to the song a few times and practise singing it 🎶.

You will notice that you have no school work for Friday. This Friday is ‘All Sports Day’. All the teachers in the school are recommending that you try and do as much physical activity as you can on this day. I will put up some suggestions of activities you can do on Thursday evening.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work this week.

Keep up the good work.

Take care and stay active,

Ms. Deegan 👱‍♀️.

Hi Girls 😃

I hope that you all had a lovely weekend with your family.

Well done for all the amazing work you have been doing. I am very proud of you all. I am looking forward to seeing some more of your work again this week ✨.

Remember everybody works at a different pace. All you can do is your best- Déan do dhícheall. Like I have said before, I would recommend that you prioritise Maths, Gaeilge, English and physical activity. If you have time then try the other subjects.

Below I have attached the work for this week along with an optional Music and Art activity. This week’s work has also been posted on Seesaw.

If you have any questions about the work for this week please contact me on Seesaw or by email.

I hope that you all have a lovely week.
