The Last Week of 5th Class!!!!

Hello my Lovely 5th Class Ladies! 🌞

I can’t believe we have reached the last week of our school year. How time flies!

I have included TONNES of fun activities in the document attached for you this week. There is a great variety to choose from and I’ve no doubt you’ll find plenty of nice things listed to keep you busy, active and having fun. Do what suits you and your family. You can change the activities to suit you. Pick and choose the activities that YOU like.

As always, I’ll be in touch on Seesaw and will post a little message for you all on Friday.

I am exceptionally proud of all of your hard work this year and especially over the past few weeks when we were all learning from home. It wasn’t easy for anyone but you were all AMAZING and should be proud of yourselves!

Have a WONDERFUL last week in school. Get Creative and have some fun!

Talk to you all on Friday!

Love,

Ms. Furness 😊🌼🌻🌺💗

Happy Tuesday Room 13!

Happy Tuesday to my lovely ladies! Hope you had a fun long weekend and enjoyed the amazing sunshine with your families.

I’ve put together some work for this week. As I’ve mentioned before, just do what you can. We all have good days and bad days, and if you can’t do something, please don’t worry and just move on.

I suggest you attempt as much of the English, Gaeilge and Maths work that you can. Some of the Maths sums can be hard, so even try a few of each type of sum. There will be some long multiplication and long division so keep an eye on Seesaw for some tips! 😉

After that, I have given lots of suggestions and ideas for our other subjects. Choose what interests you! If you have your own creative ideas, which I’ve no doubt you do, please do what you enjoy doing.

I have loved hearing from you and seeing your wonderful work and creative creations!

You, or your parents can continue to send them to the school email

schoolclosure5thclass@belgroveseniorgirls.ie. or on Seesaw. Also please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the work and I will help you out as best I can. Keep an eye on Seesaw. I will upload some activities and post the maths answers daily for you to correct. Log in to see what I’m looking for you to post this week! 🙂

I have also assigned some Mangahigh games. Don’t forget to log in and check them out.

Get plenty of sunshine and fresh air every day, help out as much as you can around the house and enjoy some lovely reading time.

I miss you all lots.

Stay safe!

Ms. Furness 🙂

Happy Friday and Bank Holiday Weekend!

Hi Ladies,

Well done on another very productive week! I have loved hearing from you through the school email schoolclosure5thclass@belgroveseniorgirls.ie.

It’s also great to hear from so many of you on our new Seesaw App! You really seem to be getting the hang of it and I love seeing your work, art, photos and videos. I hope you have found my videos and tutorials helpful.

Below you can click on the answers to this week’s maths work. Please correct your answers with a red pen and write little notes in beside anything you get wrong, just like we do in school. See where you went wrong. Do you know where you went wrong? If there is anything you are still unsure of or if you have any questions, please send a picture of the page to me via Seesaw or email and I’ll help you out.

There are a couple of ladies who haven’t completed the Mangahigh assignments yet so I have extended the end date on them so you can give them a go :). If you can’t find your code, just let me know and I can send it on to you.

Have a wonderful LONG weekend. You’re all doing such a fantastic job and deserve a nice break.

HAVE FUN!

Ms. Furness 🙂
