Parent Teacher Meetings

IMPORTANT NOTICE  TO  PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Parent/Teacher Meetings

Wednesday 23rd until 4.00p.m. & Thursday 24th until 5.00p.m.November 2016

Our annual formal Parent/Teacher meetings will take place on Wednesday 23rd & Thursday 24th  November as per Department of Education & Skills Circular 14/04.

On Thursday only the school will close 15 minutes early, at 2.05p.m. and the Parent/Teacher meetings will commence at 2.30 p.m. and end at 5.00 p.m.

Your daughter’s Class Teacher will arrange a suitable time for each child’s Parents to meet with her, in consultation with you. In the interest of ensuring these meetings are conducted efficiently, it would be appreciated if you could make every effort to arrive at the agreed time.  Please be aware that the time given to each child’s Parents at these meetings will be limited.

You may go directly around the side of the school and in the children’s entrances from the yard on either side. The key-codes will be de-activated during Parent/Teacher meeting times that afternoon, so the door will be open for you.

  • Please note the following Afterschool classes – Art, Homework Club, Mrs. Stokes Dance, French, Science & Tin Whistle are cancelled for that week.

  • Irish Dancing & Scratch classes will take place as normal.

We look forward to meeting you then.

Táimid ag tnúth le bualadh libh ansin.

Anne McCarthy,

Príomhoide
